Courses & Payment
- Elenxia shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your payment method by third parties.
- You agree to bear all charges related to your transactions.
- Any fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account termination.
- Note: There is no refund policy available.
Payment Processing
Elenxia may utilize third-party payment processors (EPPs) to manage transactions. You authorize us to share necessary data with these EPPs to fulfill your payment requests.
Pricing & Billing
We reserve the right to alter course pricing, introduce new charges, or modify billing structures at any time, with applicable charges reflecting the rates in effect at the time of transaction.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, processes, software, and designs—is the property of Elenxia and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, educational, and research purposes only.

Grievance Officer

Termination

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
International Use
This Site is managed from India. Users accessing from other regions are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Force Majeure
Elenxia shall not be liable for delays or service failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or infrastructure outages.
Online Courses – Additional Terms
Scope
Fees collected are exclusively for course training and live sessions. Elenxia does not charge for the internship/project stage, which is provided free of cost.
Course Change
One-time course changes are allowed if:
- Requested in writing at least 7 days before the original start date.
- The new course has seat availability.
- Additional fees (if any) and a ₹1000 processing fee are paid within 3 days of approval.
To request a course change:
Rescheduling
You may request a course reschedule at least 7 days before the original start date. The new date must be within 90 days, and a ₹1000 fee applies.
Cancellation
Elenxia reserves the right to cancel or change course schedules due to unforeseen events or insufficient enrollment. In such cases:
- A full refund is provided only if Elenxia cancels the course.
- Elenxia is not responsible for personal or travel expenses due to changes.
