Courses Offered And Payment-

Processing Of Account Payment-
1.Elenxia may use third-party electronic payment processors or financial institutions for transactions.
2.By using the site, you grant permanent authorization to Elenxia to allow these EPPs to handle your transactions.
3.Elenxia may provide instructions to the EPPs on your behalf based on your requests submitted on the Site.

Change Of Pricing And Billing Terms-

Elenxia allows one-time course change with the following conditions:

The request must be made in writing at least one week before the start of the original course.
Seats must be available in the desired alternative course, and it should be completed within one month of the original course’s end date.
If switching to a higher-value course, the student must pay the price difference. However, if switching to a lower-value course, Elenxia is not responsible for refunding the difference.

A processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be paid within 3 days after Elenxia accepts the course change request. Failure to pay the fee will result in the cancellation of the request.

Course change is allowed only once during the program.

1.Elenxia Edutech reserves the right to cancel any session or change the location of the event due to reasons such as instructor unavailability, insufficient participants, or force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods, riots, strikes, civil unrest, etc.).

2.If Elenxia Edutech cancels a studio/course/session, participants will receive a 100% refund.

3.In case of a change in the location of the event, arrangements will be made for a similar facility as previously scheduled.

4.Elenxia Edutech will not bear any personal expenses incurred due to the change in location.

5.Elenxia Edutech may either accommodate students in a similar facility as originally chosen or offer appropriate compensation as deemed fit by the company.
